Drum meditation is a form of deep relaxation. Together, we will search for your power animal, your spirit being, or signs from the soul world. Perhaps you would like to paint a soul image or seek dialogue with a person to resolve something? I would be happy to accompany you and guide you calmly and safely through the meditation so that at the end, you return to everyday reality relaxed and grounded.
